the location was best possible, adjacent to the center of st moritz and the mountains and the converted cable car and easily accessible. well-trained staff, provided useful info. the room was cozy and cool with a shower, a hairdryer, and terry robes in the shared bathroom.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff went above and beyond, arranging a driver to pick us up from the train station and even organizing a doctor's appointment when I had a bike accident. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities like the sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool were top-notch. The Swiss-style decor with a modern touch was jaw-dropping, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast. The friendly staff made us feel like special guests, and the spa was a healing treat after a day of hiking. Plus, the free wi-fi, swimming pool, flat-screen TV, breakfast.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Steinbock. The friendly Italian staff in the restaurant were attentive and eager to please. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the beautiful Pontresina-Mortaretsch trail on skis, with easy access from the comfortable path. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and the hotel provided free backpacks and umbrellas for guests. The Engadine card included with our stay was a great bonus, allowing unlimited use of transportation in the area. a wonderful experience with excellent staff and amenities.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the added bonus of a sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool made our stay even better. The meals were delicious and the breakfast included with the room was mind-blowing. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station. a jaw-dropping experience that I would highly recommend. Plus, the free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, game room, and pet-friendly policy were an added bonus.

The rooms at Hotel Steinbock Pontresina are cozy and perfect for unwinding after a long day. I really enjoyed the comfortable seating area where I could relax and recharge. The carpets added to the homely atmosphere, making it feel like a true retreat. As someone who loves karaoke and casinos, this room was a great place to wind down and have a good time.

I personally found the parquet flooring in the triple room to be a bit too hard for my liking. But hey, it's just my preference, and others might still enjoy it.

Lovely location in Engadin area, extremely helpful staff, everything was fabulous. We got extensive breakfasts with wifi. Location: the hotel was very close to the mountains and the beautiful town of Pontresina and the restaurant and the bus stop, restaurants, and the town center.

Aqua Viva spa: This hidden oasis was a true delight. I pampered myself with a rejuvenating massage and relaxed in the hot tub, feeling all my stress melt away. Free public transport and cable car usage: Exploring the breathtaking surroundings was a breeze, thanks to the convenient free transport options. I felt like I had my own personal chauffeur! Underground car park with jet-wash facilities: My car was well taken care of during my stay. It felt like it had received a spa treatment of its own! Colani Stübli restaurant: The food here was a work of art. The attention to detail in every dish was impeccable. I felt like I was dining in a Michelin-starred establishment.

High prices: While the quality of the experience was exceptional, the prices were on the higher side.
